a division of Santé Health as a partner at the Freshman level.
Specialty Programs Encore Communities, located in Kitsap County showcases Northwoods Lodge, is a five-star, short-term center where injured workers receive quality nursing care and therapy, in a comfortable setting. “We coordinate nursing care and rehabilitation services to ensure injured workers receive the best possible outcomes. Encore also provides outpatient, home health, independent and assisted living services. Our dedicated workers comp team is here to help injured workers with their rehabilitation needs. We’re also pleased to partner with Kids Chance of Washington to help the children of Washington workers achieve their goals.”
